The Warehouse Supervisor will be a self-motivated, energetic, and caring individual who will Manage department processes to maintain smooth and efficient flow of operations.
Manager Responsibilities:
· Assists with hiring of team members
· Maintains communication between branch warehouses
· Manages equipment/serial number integrity within the system
· Maintains communication between Asset technicians & warehouse staff
· Arranges for performance evaluations of each subordinate employee annually
· Manages on-call responsibilities in accordance with Company policy
· Reviews and approves payroll for department staff
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manages and corrects order errors before sending for confirmation.
· Coordinates pulling, staging, delivery and/or pick-up of home medical equipment for client/patients to include routing and scheduling add-on stops throughout the day using delivery technicians, UDS, FEDEX, UPS, HealthEx, or any other courier necessary.
· Oversees vehicle inventory organization, vehicle maintenance, and repair of delivery vehicles.
· Manages equipment & supply transfers between branches.
· Resolves client concerns and complaints regarding the distribution of equipment and supplies and/or forwards to the appropriate department for action.
· Completes all required management reports
· Ensures ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations; ensure the company meets or exceeds accreditation standards.
· Represents the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with clients/patients.
· Maintains tracking equipment, lot number tracking, maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, recalls, and delivery records.
· Ensures proper setup, sufficient inventory, efficient processes are created and followed, in all warehouses both local and remote.
· Generates and analyzes reports on warehouse and distribution activities to ensure and improve performance.
· Reports any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities, equipment hazards and/or product incidents to the appropriate authority.
· Participates in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
· Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
· Performs other duties as assigned by the VP of Warehouse & Distribution.
