ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across the organization, with a strong focus on clinical, sales, and both location-specific and fully remote roles within a multi-state respiratory home care environment.
As the sole recruiter, this role owns and operates the recruiting function end-to-end—partnering closely with hiring managers and the People team to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent. This position goes beyond transactional recruiting, contributing to workforce planning, pipeline development, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes to support growth and retention outcomes.
The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in delivering a high-touch candidate experience, strengthening the employer brand, and building scalable, efficient recruiting practices across the organization.
WHAT YOU’ll DO
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across clinical, sales, corporate, location-based, and fully remote roles, with a strong emphasis on critical clinical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
- Proactively source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines, focusing on high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage interview processes, ensuring timely feedback, structured evaluations, and a strong candidate experience.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and market insights.
- Drive accountability in the hiring process, ensuring timely decisions and adherence to defined processes.
- Partner with leaders to improve hiring quality and support broader retention and workforce stability efforts.
- Identify workforce needs, risks, and opportunities to inform recruiting priorities and approach.
- Deliver a high-quality, responsive, and professional candidate experience at all stages of the process.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization’s mission, culture, and value proposition.
- Ensure consistent communication and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Own recruiting workflows, systems, and reporting (ATS, job postings, pipeline tracking).
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to monitor performance and inform improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Support the development and implementation of recruiting infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
- Develop sourcing strategies for clinical, sales, and location-specific roles.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to reduce reliance on external agencies.
- Strengthen pipeline development practices to support consistent and predictable hiring outcomes.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting for clinical and/or field-based roles preferred
- Experience supporting both location-based and remote hiring preferred
- Experience operating independently or as a sole recruiter preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of customer service and responsiveness
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple requisitions
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capability
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence hiring managers and drive process adherence
- Experience with ATS and recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse preferred
