ResMed has identified an internal component issue affecting certain Astral 100 and Astral 150 ventilators manufactured before October 2024. On July 28, 2026, the FDA classified this manufacturer action as a Class I Device Recall. Patient guidance has not changed — continue using your ventilator as prescribed unless directed otherwise by your physician or Respire.
