Respire Homecare Services delivers essential respiratory care directly to patients in their homes. We’re seeking a Transformation Analyst to drive instrumentation of core operational and strategic planning functions, optimizations of our Brightree DME platform and other systems, and to be a change agent – partnering with clinical stakeholders to develop and implement standards across the organization. Responsibilities
• Serve as the go-to expert on our core systems, data workflows, and standards, ensuring practices are clearly defined and consistently followed.
• Partner with internal teams to understand needs and design practical, efficient processes and system solutions that reduce friction while improving standardization and analytics value.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive consensus around process and system changes.
• Lead strategic system improvements—owning the roadmap, building project plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
• Provide data input, analysis, and business modeling support across finance, clinical, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to guide planning, negotiations, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Administer our Brightree DME and related systems, maximizing functionality and ensuring consistent configuration across regions. Build and maintain forms, templates, validation rules, and workflow queues to support critical business processes.
• Act as backup for RCM tasks such as fee schedule management, EDI enrollment, and other Brightree-related functions.
• Maintain clear, accessible system and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using existing tools or new technologies, improving scalability and reducing operational risk.
• Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and process improvement methodologies to inform recommendations and roadmap planning.

Experience

• Proven track record of both leading complex, cross-functional change initiatives that drive behavior change and system/best practice adoption -and- measuring/demonstrating results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and a proven track record of influencing without authority—being a successful ambassador of organizational transformation.
• 3+ years’ experience as the administrative owner and power user for Brightree or comparable ERP/EHR platforms.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and understanding of relational data, including building complex models, integrating multiple data sources, and using sophisticated formulas and functions.
• Strong process analysis and improvement skills and deep understanding of healthcare operations—within DME, home medical equipment, or multi-site clinical environments.
• Rigorous and relentless approach to testing and verifying the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs.
• Analytical, methodical approach to problem solving – ability to break concepts and requirements into detailed, independent, estimable and testable units for iterative building and value creation.
• Exposure to areas such as inventory optimization, workforce planning, or asset management.
• Solid grasp of healthcare reimbursement and key unit-economics drivers.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
• Exceptional consultative and communication skills with great attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
