Life Tech's continued growth has created a full-time opening for an Sr. Manager Operations to work as part of our team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, responsible, and dependable candidate. Responsibilities:
· Assists with hiring of team members
· Maintain communication between branch warehouses
· Manage equipment/serial number integrity within the system
· Maintain communication between Asset technicians & warehouse staff
· Arrange for performance evaluations of each subordinate employee annually
· Manage on-call responsibilities in accordance with Company policy
· Review and approve payroll for department staff
· Manage and correct order errors before sending for confirmation.
· Coordinate pulling, staging, delivery and/or pick-up of home medical equipment for client/patients to include routing and scheduling add-on stops throughout the day using delivery technicians, UDS, FEDEX, UPS, HealthEx, or any other courier necessary.
· Oversee vehicle inventory organization, vehicle maintenance, and repair of delivery vehicles.
· Manage equipment & supply transfers between branches.
· Resolve client concerns and complaints regarding the distribution of equipment and supplies and/or forward to the appropriate department for action.
· Completes all required management reports.
· Ensure ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations; ensure the company meets or exceeds accreditation standards.
· Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with client/patients.
· Maintain equipment tracking, lot number tracking, maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, recalls, and delivery records.
· Ensure proper setup, sufficient inventory, efficient processes are created and followed, in all warehouses both local and remote.
· Generate and analyze reports on warehouse and distribution activities to ensure and improve performance.
· Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities, equipment hazards and/or product incidents to the appropriate authority.
· Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
· Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Warehouse & Distribution.
