We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing technology team – to transform data into strategic and operational decisions that drive both clinical and business outcomes. - Become the go-to expert on our source system data models and meaning, our BI tools, and new BI technologies and opportunities.
- Own and drive the BI product roadmap.
- Collaborate with leadership and work closely with cross functional teams and SMEs to define and track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
- Build and optimize ETL workflows for data preparation.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across departments.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks.

- Experience with the full data lifecycle – from sourcing and secure file transfer (SFTP) ingestion to data warehouse and through ETL transformation to powerful visualization.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in BI platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, QuickSight, Domo, or similar) and data visualization best practices.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Rigorous and relentless approach to testing and verifying the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs.
- Analytical, methodical approach to problem solving – ability to break concepts and requirements into detailed, independent, estimable and testable units for iterative building and value creation.
- Bonus points for Domo, Brightree Home Medical Equipment (HME) platform, and/or healthcare domain (revenue cycle, clinical workflows and data capture) experience.
