We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing technology team – to transform data into strategic and operational decisions that drive both clinical and business outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Become the go-to expert on our source system data models and meaning, our BI tools, and new BI technologies and opportunities.
  • Own and drive the BI product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with leadership and work closely with cross functional teams and SMEs to define and track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
  • Build and optimize ETL workflows for data preparation.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across departments.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks.

  • Experience with the full data lifecycle – from sourcing and secure file transfer (SFTP) ingestion to data warehouse and through ETL transformation to powerful visualization.
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Proficiency in BI platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, QuickSight, Domo, or similar) and data visualization best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Rigorous and relentless approach to testing and verifying the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs.
  • Analytical, methodical approach to problem solving – ability to break concepts and requirements into detailed, independent, estimable and testable units for iterative building and value creation.
  • Bonus points for Domo, Brightree Home Medical Equipment (HME) platform, and/or healthcare domain (revenue cycle, clinical workflows and data capture) experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Systems
