The Resupply Supervisor leads a high-touch, patient-centered team responsible for ensuring exceptional service, efficient workflow, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

You’ll oversee daily operations while directly managing a portion of the team—building processes, coaching, and creating an environment that anticipates patient needs, not just reacts to them. This is a role for someone who thrives on fixing problems, creating order, and leading change that matters.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Performance
• Lead and directly supervise the resupply team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Set clear expectations, track KPIs, and hold the team accountable for accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence.
• Foster a culture of empathy, ownership, and results—balancing patient care and business performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, offer real-time feedback, and build future leaders within your team.

Training & Development
• Build and maintain training programs that equip team members to succeed—covering systems, insurance requirements, product offerings, and documentation.
• Coach the team to stay ahead of patient needs and deliver proactive communication.
• Create learning moments that improve performance and consistency across all teammates.

Quality & Compliance
• Ensure every resupply activity meets CMS, HIPAA, and company policy standards.
• Monitor quality metrics across patient records, order accuracy, and documentation completeness.
• Identify workflow gaps, standardize processes, and implement improvements that boost efficiency and compliance.

Operations & Market Oversight
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance within assigned markets or territories.
• Use data and insights to improve productivity, patient engagement, and team efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing, Clinical, and Intake teams to resolve patient issues quickly and effectively.

Reporting & Metrics
• Track and report on key KPIs: resupply order completion, Net Promoter Score, call metrics, accuracy rates, and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor team time management and responsiveness (hold times, abandoned calls, unreturned contacts).
• Use data to identify performance trends and guide operational decisions.

Who You Are
• Patient-Centered: You care deeply about patients and are always one step ahead of their needs.
• Operationally Strong: You see broken processes and fix them with clarity and urgency.
• A Teacher & Coach: You get energy from developing people and seeing them succeed.
• Emotionally Intelligent: You build trust, communicate with empathy, and motivate others through change.
• An Ops Bulldog: You bring intensity, ownership, and accountability—driving results no matter the challenge.
• Change Ambassador: You see what One Respire can be and hold yourself and others to that standard.

What This Role Offers
• A chance to lead a team that directly impacts patients every day.
• The opportunity to rebuild and modernize processes that shape the future of Respire’s care experience.
• Autonomy and visibility—your work will be seen, felt, and celebrated across the organization.
• The satisfaction of being both a builder and mobilizer—someone who makes real change happen.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of respiratory equipment, supplies, insurance guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and coach teams.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities with a positive attitude.
