The Financial Analyst is responsible for creating to analyzing data by partnering with Sales on patient trends, markets, and partnerships.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Financial Analyst:
  • Monitors and evaluates sales performance for all the markets including patient counts
  • Compiles and compute patient data metrics including referral data, market, and internal patient demographics to assist in driving the business.
  • Assist with updating databases:
    • Adding or maintaining new data as available. 
    • Automate reports for weekly calls
    • Create forecasting tools
  • Calculates monthly commissions for sales liaisons in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer.
  • Compiles, analyzes, and reports market data, making recommendations and comments, and presenting forecasts to leadership team for business planning.
  • Identifies ancillary business partnerships opportunities and ways to capitalize on them.
  • Creates reports and dashboards to help communicate to leaders business performance and outside parties understand the business.
  • Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
  • Contributes to the development of sales plans and objectives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
 
 
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to compile information into unified reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with an emphasis in mathematics or statistics required.
  • At least three years of experience preparing sales analyses and forecasts in a marketing environment required.
  • Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of project management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: Starting at $75000 Annually
